CCTV at Wyvern Theatre and Swindon Arts Centre

Voice IP Comms Ltd supplied and installed a comprehensive CCTV system at Wyvern Theatre and Swindon Arts Centre, providing coverage across key internal areas as well as external access points.

The team were professional and easy to work with throughout the project. They took the time to understand the building and our specific requirements, ensuring all critical areas were covered effectively.

Installation was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to the theatre’s day-to-day operations. The system has delivered clear, reliable footage and has significantly improved our overall security and visibility across the site.

Intelliflo office Integration project

Voice IP has created a seamless integration between our call recording system and Intelliflo Connect that has significantly improved our internal efficiency. The solution automatically uploads audio from both inbound and outbound client calls directly into the Documents area of Intelliflo Connect whenever a matching client record exists.

This has saved us a considerable amount of time, as we no longer need to manually locate and upload call recordings. In addition, it ensures that recordings are readily accessible to anyone in the business who may need them for operational or compliance purposes.

The setup is straightforward—so long as a client record exists in Intelliflo Connect with an associated telephone number, the system handles the rest. Each recording is clearly labelled with the date of the call, the staff member involved, and the client’s phone number, making it easy to identify and retrieve.

The ability to automatically categorise these recordings as “call recordings” further enhances searchability and organisation within the system.

Overall, this integration has streamlined our processes, improved accessibility, and strengthened our approach to compliance.
